By accessing or using SearchMan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Overview

SearchMan may provide features including:

• Multi-engine or aggregated web search workflows.
• Desktop client capabilities such as local search, screenshot, pin, and OCR assistance.
• Related account, sync, and support features available from time to time.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for account credentials and all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SearchMan for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Interfere with service security, stability, or normal operation.
• Bypass access controls, scrape systems abusively, or reverse engineer unlawfully.
• Upload or process content you do not have rights to use.

Third-Party Services and Content

SearchMan may display, connect to, or rely on third-party engines, websites, APIs, or tools. We do not own or control third-party content and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms.

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain paid features may be offered through SearchMan. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Creem. By purchasing paid services, you authorize applicable charges under the selected plan and agree to the billing terms presented at checkout.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged. You are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion, and payment method validity.

Intellectual Property

SearchMan and its original software, branding, design, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from SearchMan materials.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SearchMan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SearchMan and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to SearchMan for the relevant paid service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting SearchMan support.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of SearchMan after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
